Led a group of 15 and was responsible for the life cycle including engineering, QA, documentation and support for three Pegasystems desktop products. - Initiated development of a new generation of desktop software compatible with both the new and legacy server products.

- Maintained close contact with customers and Pegasystems personnel in the field and acted as a liaison between the field and Pega's engineering groups.
- Managed ACE software development group and improved product reliability by more than 2600%.
- Reduced risk by developing Pegasystems' first semi-automated test suite.
